CRD02DA - LIFELine flash card
A USB built into a flash card the size of your credit card, carries our proprietary software “My Medical Profile”: a user friendly manner to create your digital personal and medical file. Software allows for import of medical images (scans, MRI’s,…) and medical reports.

Your profile can be consulted in 4 languages under Windows, Mac or Linux. Your input in the pre-programmed tables is protected by a personal password.
Medical files can be copied to your LIFEline USB in the same manner as you would copy files to any other USB. Presence of additional files on the USB will be shown as a link in your profile. These additional files are not covered by the password protection.
Attention: we strongly warn against downloading any file that is not strictly related to your personal or medical records.

Engraving: on the back of the card we can engrave a text of maximum 4 lines, with maximum 20 characters per line. A space counts as a character. € 2/line.
