Ordering Procedure
Before you place an order with us, we want you to be aware of our procedures and of the measures we have taken to safeguard your interests as a consumer.
Please read carefully what follows. We will treat the following aspects of our future commercial relationship:

1 Why would I buy from this site?
andiKia does its utmost to provide you with the best possible information about the products it offers for sale. However if you still have questions or remarks prior to ordering, do not hesitate to send us a mail via info@andikia.eu or via Contact .
We want the reliability of this site to be verifiable in an objective manner. That is the reason why we have contracted McAfee Secure to perform daily audits on the technical integrity of this site (no phishing, no hacking, etc…), thus guaranteeing your security. Furthermore we have subjected the commercial aspects of our operation to an audit by Safe2Shop, an independent organization that screens commercial websites versus its own strict criteria before granting the use of its quality label. This label is your guarantee for sound commercial practices.
And last but not least: your payments to us are done either via your own bank, or via the secure payment site of Ogone. Your privileged banking or credit card information therefore never reaches the andiKia site.
2 How do I place an order in 7 easy steps?
Step 1: via the horizontal navigation (Products) or the vertical navigation (Product Categories) go to the screen of the individual products by clicking the pictures. You place an order by pressing the “Order” button shown on each product screen.
Step 2: after you have chosen a product, you will be asked if you want us to engrave a text on the item and/or if you want to order a chain. Should you wish to order none of these, click “Order” without filling out these fields.
In case you do want an engraving or a chain, please fill out a text that you want us to engrave or indicate which chain you would like to buy. Then press “Order”.
Step 3: you will be asked to review the text you submitted for engraving. Please do this with care as we will not correct writing or spelling errors. The text you approve at this stage is exactly what we will engrave. Press “Order”.
If you do not wish anything to be engraved on the item, you will be asked to confirm this by checking the white box. Then press “Order” once more.
Step 4: you now have the choice between going to your shopping basket or to continue shopping.
In case you wish to order another product, press “Continue Shopping”. If you want to order more than one piece of the same item but with different engraving or chain, also press “Continue Shopping”.
If you want to order several pieces of the same reference with the same engraving and the same chain, please adjust the quantity ordered in the next screen.
Press “To Shopping Basket”.
Step 5: you will now get the details of what you have ordered. On the left side of each reference you’ll see the following symbols:
1 a white cross on a red field: pressing this will delete the selected item from your shopping basket.
2 a plus sign on a grey field: allows you to increase the quantity ordered of that item. Only use this feature if you want all items to be engraved with exactly the same text or image and delivered with the same chain. Would you like to have different engravings or different chains, we have to ask you to enter the reference via “Continue Shopping” as many times as the number of items you want to receive. Only in this manner will we be capable of meeting your expectations.
3 a minus sign on a grey field: allows you to decrease the quantity ordered of that particular reference.
Once you are happy with the items you placed in your shopping basket (with or without engraving or chain) you press “Close Order”. Attention: once you have pressed “Close Order” you can no longer modify the order!
Step 6: at this stage, please enter your invoicing and shipping address. If you are a returning customer, please fill out your e-mail address and your password in the appropriate boxes. Forgot your password? No problem: enter your e-mail address, press the appropriate button and within minutes you will receive an automatic e-mail stating your password.
Step 7: please verify your invoicing and shipping data. If necessary you can modify them in this screen.
In the next screen, you will see the final confirmation of your order.
3 How do I pay what I have ordered?
You will now be invited to pay your purchase. You can do this in two ways:
- you can choose to be connected to the secured payment site Ogone and proceed paying with your Visa or Master Card. Please follow the on-site instructions.
- you may prefer to pay by bank transfer. To this effect, please print the screen showing andiKia’s banking details, your order number and the amount to be paid. Do not forget to mention your order number on your payment instructions.
Caution: orders with a value exceeding 350 euro can only be paid by bank transfer. If necessary, contact us via info@andikia.eu or via Contact.
After you have indicated your preferred payment mode (or paid via Ogone), you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. This is your proof of your commercial transaction with andiKia. Do not reply to this mail. Remarks or comments are welcome via info@andikia.eu or via Contact.
4 What about delivery lead-times and transportation cost?
In principle, all orders leave our premises within 5 working days after receipt of their payment. The goods will be sent to you, adequately packed, via a carrier of our choice. In most cases we will use the services of the Post Office.
Shipments to customers living in
Transportation surcharges may be reviewed from time to time by area of destination. This surcharge will never apply to orders that are already confirmed. The surcharge for transportation is shown separately on the order and in the confirmation e-mail.
In view of the rules governing sales at a distance, www.andiKia.eu will execute orders within 30 days maximum. If the product is out of stock or is no longer listed, or if there is any other delay that makes partial or complete execution of the order impossible, then the customer will be advised within 1 month after placing the order. In such a case, customer has the right to renounce his purchase at no cost and without serving notice.

5 My Right to Renounce You have the right to inform us that you renounce the purchase of the product within 14 calendar days after receipt of delivery. This requires the written form: letter or e-mail is accepted. This right to renounce is not applicable to products that have been personalized (by engraving) upon your request. If you make use of your right to renounce, the product has to be returned to us within 72 hours, in its original packaging, by registered mail, at your expense. |
6 What about product warranty and right of return?
All our goods are covered by a warranty of 24 months starting the day of their shipment.

7 Questions related to VAT
All prices show on this site (also transportation cost if applicable) are inclusive of 21% Belgian VAT.
This tax is due by all private persons who purchase on this site and who have an invoicing and/or delivery address within the EU. Also companies and organizations that are not subjected to VAT regulations have to pay these taxes.
